Victory Transitional Housing offers personalized services to support the unique needs of our residents. It is the policy of Victory Transitional Housing to admit persons with mental illness who have the ability to benefit from the services provided. Our facility is a 24-hour a day, 7 day a week facility aimed at providing clients the opportunity to learn and practice daily living skills to become independent within the community while improving their emotional stability.
